I have been working on streamlining operations, with regards to sales and marketing to the wholesale channel. These include automation of customer service, creating tracking methods for quotes and orders, allowing customer service to cross-sell products, and empowering individuals to make "on the fly" decisions. In addition, I have focused on the development of 5 new product lines, creation of market integration strategies, product life cycles, and implementation of cost reduction techniques.
