When I founded Careery in December 2020, the world looked very different. AI as we know it today — ChatGPT, advanced language models, conversational agents — didn't exist yet. Back then, I built Careery on top of machine-learning embeddings, similarity algorithms and browser automation technologies to help job seekers find opportunities that truly matched their skills and experience. The vision was simple: job hunting shouldn't feel like a full-time job. Candidates deserved better than endlessly scrolling job boards, crafting countless cover letters, and waiting weeks for responses that often never came.
