Dealing with complex, sensitive communications while supporting the goals of the organization is my idea of a good day at work. I’ve led teams, building up junior employees and coaching seasoned ones, and developed deep relationships and trust with leaders across large, matrixed organizations. From internal communications to crisis situations to data analysis, my experience has prepared me to serve as a strategic partner and capacity multiplier for a group of dedicated professionals.
