My purpose is simple....to create impactful relationships with the people I meet. In every encounter, no matter how brief, we can always leave something behind. I feel very fortunate to be in our industry. We are able to positively effect the single most important part of any organization - people. Employee engagement, the continuous development of culture, and the relationships organizations have with employees creates something well beyond the pursuit of profit (although profit usually follows).
