I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor/Mental Health Counselor and licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and Indiana. I co-host a podcast titled Sex, Secrets and Sass and offer a mind/body wellness program called STAR U, which stands for Sweat, Talk and Rise Up. This program for women is a 90 minutes class that incorporates mindful movement to emotionally driven music followed by a group discussion to process the movement experience and/or anything else that the participants want to discuss.
