Andrea Gill

Andrea Gill is Co Chief Human Resources Officer at Capital Group. She is responsible for driving strategy and leading the Human Resources function. Prior to joining Capital, Andrea was a Manager, Management Consulting at Ernst & Young. She holds both an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Religious Studies from University of California, Berkeley. Andrea is based in Los Angeles.
