I draw on my two decades of retailing, event marketing, brand, and community building to deliver delight through considered hospitality, creative collaborations, imaginative activations, and making everyday in-person touchpoints count. As a former shopkeeper with twenty years of varying retail experiences across brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and product development, I love playing at the intersection where commerce meets community and bringing people together with purpose and delight. I published my first book, OPEN: Big Lessons in Small Retail and Living the Shopkeeper Dream, in 2024 and serve as a retail mentor and workshop facilitator with the Polaris Business Centre in South Australia.
