Amy Hagerstrom

I help driven and insightful people who struggle to achieve their goals due to emotional reactivity and overwhelm. The clients I work with find they need more than what mindset work has to offer. The work I do with clients connects the mind and body. It helps to them to respond instead of react because we actively work with stress responses in addition to building upon strengths and resources. The work is highly practical as well as healing. Clients build capacity to handle stress as well as become more grounded, regulated, open, and confident.Visit www.amyhagerstrom.com for more information and to schedule a free 20 minute consultation.
