Alycia Carrillo CSCS, MS is the founder of The Modern Athlete Method, a program designed to coach high effort, high powered women to obtain modern athlete bodies & minds using high level quantitative and qualitative data analysis with personalized support. With dual master’s degrees in Sports Medicine and Sport Psychology, she blends science-based training, practical application and real-life flexibility to deliver programs that are both effective and fun.
