I'm Alex Arguelles, co-founder and CEO of Sell2Rent, a national proptech platform that matches distressed homeowners who want to stay in their homes with investors seeking off-market rental properties. We do this through our leaseback model. My entrepreneurial journey began in South Florida, in 2007. I started my original business out of a garage with some college friends. We had a 13 year journey where we learned the ropes of real estate and ended up growing a big private equity real estate company that when I started my exit had over 9,000 apartments and over 200 employees that we owned and managed.
