UK workers are unfulfilled, unfocused and lack autonomy. As CEO of Lumen SEO and Lecturer at USW, my purpose is to change what it means to 'work', advocating the 4-day workweek, autonomy and 'fluid' working. I want to bring reciprocal trust back into the workplace.
